I.The Relevance of International Law to ”One Belt and One Road”First of all, it should be made clear that ”One Belt and One Road” is closely related to international law.It is China”s initiative of going global (走出去) by means of cooperation, including ”interconnection and interworking” (互联互通) to further strengthen its economic and trade relations with countries along the ”Belt and Road” to realize a win-win situation.
