中国晶体硅异质节太阳能电池量产化生产:先进臭氧清洗设备SILEX Ⅱ及磁控溅射设备GENERIS PVD项目应用及技术进展

摘要：

Inline bifacial coating，High throughput up to5200wph，Coating of all common TCO and metal/alloy materials。Comprehensive expertise in temperature control via FEM simulation，construction and field test，Temperature inhomogeneity over whole tray<±5％。SILEX II CLEAN丁EX:Throughput6400wph、O3process cost-saving and eco-friendly、TCoO down to2角9分/片。GENERIS PVD:Throughput5200wph、Special designs tailored for HJT、Maximal degree of freedom in process optimization and upgrade。2017year of pilot，2018year of starti ng GW-scale production。
