Excellent interfacial modification result in a highest Voc of 660 mV forSi/PEDOTPSS solar cells。Dopant-free Si/PEDOT:PSS heterojunction solar cells with efficiencyover 16% is achieved by combining excellent light trapping and greatlyimproved interface quality。ESLs with low contact resistance are applied in HSCs to improve the PVproperty。Efficiency beyond 21% is expectable by additional designs withpassivated rear-contact and improved front-junction quality。
