Ideas & Purposes-Self-organized nanostructures(nanopores,nanotubes,nanorods) have shown promising properties and interesting phenomena.Mechanism study helps better understanding on material formation and solvation of problems during fabrication and application.Deposition of dual- and multi-component semiconductor materials under external field。Wall thickness has not only beenInfluenced by anodic potential, butalso by the ambient temperature。Nanometer sized spheres can beFormed at low temperature (<0oC)and moderate anodic potential。
