Atmospheric pressure Ar/N2 binary plasma irradiation has been introduced into themanufacturing process of lithium ions batteries as a facile,green and scalable post-fabricationtreatment approach,which significantly enhance the electrochemical performance of energymaterials(Si,Li4Ti5O12,graphen and TiO2).
