Zr-Ti-W-Si金屬玻璃薄膜之材料特性與生醫應用研究
Introduction Highly regular,well defined arrangement of atoms on 3-D lattice with translation periodicity neither long range periodical arrangement nor random arrangement of atoms.short-and medium-range atomic ordering.Gored adhesion property of Ti-and Zr-based TFMGs isachieved, which are all better than TiN film.Excellent corrosion resistance can be found for all TFMGs due to their dense and fine microstructure,which is much better than TiN (columnar structure).
