PVD多层硬质薄膜的应用研究及国际标准建设

摘要：

Presentation Contents 1 AHUT and Our Research Group 2 Application of PVD Multilayer Hard Coatings ISO Works and Standard for PVD Hard Coatings 3 Presentation Contents 1 AHUT and Our Research Group ABOUT MA”ANSHAN.The film retained super hardness of above 47 GPa even at 1100℃ which could contribute to the formation of crystalline SiNx, and the minute c-(Al,Si)N layer between c-TiN layers and h-AISiN layers delayed the ixansformatian of (Al,Si)N from cubic phase to hexagonal phase.
