Criptocaryon(刺激隐核虫)A holotrichous ciliate that parasitizes marine fishes in temperate and tropical seas;In aquarium,net cage and pond condition,parasites can overwhelm an entire fish population in few days;Invade the gills,skin and eye Main clinical sign:pinhead-sized whitish nodules,mucus hyperproduction.skin discoloration,anorexia and respiratory distress.
