隐孢子虫毒力与致病相关研究进展

摘要：

With a molecular mass of1,300kDa,wasdescribed by Riggs et a1(1997)and isassociated with the apicalcomplex ofsporozoites and merozoites,expressed by the infective sporozoite andmerozoite stages and has a role inpathogenesis of infection,soluble glycoprotein exoantigen releasedby infectious sporozoites.The molecule bound by CSL was identifiedas an85-kDa Caco-2cell surface proteinby radioimmunoprecipitation and CSLaffinity chromatography.
