A simple route to a novel acid sensitive 20 (S)-O-linked camptothecin norcantharidine acid ester derivative
a facile synthetic method was developed for a novel acid-sensitive camptothecin norcantharidine acid ester derivative Ⅰ.The total yield can reach to 71%.This method offers several advantages including high yield and simple work procedure which can be extended for the synthesis of analogues.The new synthetic compound Ⅰ was expected to have better water solubility and better activity against tumor cell lines.
