The Prime Directive Empowering Jordanian Deaf community Through language and education

Jordanian Sign Language, known asLughat al-Ishara al-Urdunia (LIU) is indigenously in use.But however due to my discussion with the deaf community in Jordan, they claimed that they are not aware of this abbreviation also the name of their language, so the term Lughat al-Ishara al-Urdania is argued, so for this abstract, I will refer the sign language of Jordan as Jordanian Sign Language with no abbreviation of sort.
