Correlation between Deep Perforating Infarction Pattern of Middle Cerebral Artery and Progressive Motor Deficits after Acute Cerebral Infarction
BACKGROUND: Persistent motor deficit is the main reason for severe disability in patients with acute cerebral infarction, whereas neuroimaging characteristics may be useful for predicting the occurrence of progressive motor deficits (PMD) after acute cerebral infarction. This study aimed to identify the correlation between deep perforating infarction pattern of middle cerebral artery and PMD after acute cerebral infarction.
