Evaluation of Cerebrovascular Reactivity in the Posterior Circulation Infarction Patients without Carotid and Cerebrovascular Stenosis
BACKGROUND: Posterior circulation infarction (PCI) was one of the common ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.This study aimed to evaluate the hemodynamic features in patients without stenosis of cerebral artery by assessing cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) in the middle cerebral artery (MCA) and vertebral arteries (VA), in order to draw the different effect CVR in the MCAs and VAs on predicts PCI.
