The Expression of Phosphatase and Tensin Homolog Deleted on Chromosome (PTEN) in CD4+ T Lymphocytes from Unstable Angina Patients during Perioperative Period of PCI
BACKGROUND: Accumulated evidence suggests that lymphocytes might be involved in the PCI perioperative myocardial injury, but the exact mechanism remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the expression of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome (PTEN) in CD4+ T lymphocytes from unstable angina patients during perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
