BACKGROUND: Cranio-cerebral trauma is one of important public safety.This study aimed to compare the validity of Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) vs mini-mental state examination (MMSE) in screening cognition impairment in elderly patients with cranio-cerebral trauma.
