摘要：

OBJECTIVE: Chinese aging population has led to an increase in the number of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.As survival rates improving, the research field of coronary heart disease has increasingly focused on health-related quality of life and long-term disability.But there is little research on the correlation between frailty level and adverse health-related outcomes among patients older than 70 years with coronary heart disease in China.
