Correlation between LRRK2 Gene G2019S, R1441C Mutation and Parkinson”s disease

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to discuss the correlation between LRRK2 gene G2019S mutation, R1441C mutation and Parkinson”s disease in Uygur.METHODS: One-hundred and Thirty cases were selected and were divided into two groups: the case group (130 cases), control group (179 cases).Then, their LRRK2 geneG2019S and R1441C mutation were analyzed by the polymerase chain reaction (restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP)) and DNA sequencing method.
