OBJECTIVE: Identifying effective strategies for dealing with an increasing ageing population as well as improving the quality of eldercare.METHODS: It included data searching, data collection criteria, and data collection.Sources were defined and strategies of searching were determined.Database including Cambridge journal online, CINAHL, HMIC, Science Direct, PubMed, Social science online, Sage, Wiley InterScience were searched.
