OBJECTIVES: To observe the inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid on Pseudomonas aeruginosa adhereing to the surface of carriers, to explore its mechanism in vitro, and to observe the inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid on the biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
