摘要：

OBJECTIVES: To analyze the change in liver function reserve with age by using 13C-PheBT in healthy people.METHODS: Thirty-seven healthy adults who met the selection criteria were chosen and categorized in groups according to age: young and middle-aged (group A, n =10), old (group B,n =9), very old (group C, n =9), and oldest-old (group D, n =9).
