Lifelong Learning and Higher Education: Opportunities and Outcomes

Given the growing levels of education among elders in many countries, there is increased interest in how lifelong learning can enhance the well-being of older adults and offer opportunities for them to contribute to society.This presentation addresses a conceptual model for lifelong learning programs, provides two examples, and offers a context for lifelong learning research and policy agendas globally.
