BACKGROUND: No-reflow during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) could damage the micro-vessels, and cause adverse outcome of PCI.This study aimed to investigate the clinical risk factors of no-reflow during PCI in the elderly patients with ST-segment elevation in acute myocardial infarction (STEAMI).
