BACKGROUND: High sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) might be a risk factor atherosclerosis.Serum uric acid (UA) is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease.This study aimed to investigate the relationships between ambulatory pulse pressure (APP) and serum levels of UA and hs-CRP in elderly patients with essential hypertension (EH).
