Evaluation of Recent Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Posterior Circulation Transient Ischemic Attack through Vertebral Artery Dominance
BACKGROUND: Posterior circulation ischemia refers to a variety of causes of vertebral basilar artery system ischemic lesions, including the posterior circulation transient ischemic attack (TIA) and cerebral infarction.TIA is an important risk factor of ischemic stroke.Therefore, timely accurate evaluation is very important.This study aimed to study the influence of vertebral artery dominance on recent prognosis of elderly patients with posterior circulation TIA.
