BACKGROUND: The incidence of myocardial infarction and other heart disease is high in the elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus.This study aimed to investigate whether vascular endothelial fluctuation is correlated with glucose, and to demonstrate the therapeutic effects under low-sugar diet for the elderly type 2 diabetic patients.
