BACKGROUND: Both abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure and morning blood pressure surge are important risk factors for target-organ damage.Our goal was to investigate the correlation of ambulatory blood pressure rhythm and morning blood pressure surge in elderly hypertensive patients with renal dysfunction.
