BACKGROUND: Pre-diabetes is considered to be a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Since the population with pre-diabetes is large and the stage is reversible, it is significant to study their large vascular lesions.However, little is known about brachial artery endothelial function and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) of elderly people with pre-diabetes.
