The Clinical Research of Plasma Platelet Activity in Patients with H Type Hypertension

摘要：

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to evaluate plasma platelet activity in patients with H type hypertension.METHODS: 169 cases of patients with essential hypertension were randomly classified into the H type hypertension group (n =86) and the control group (n =83).Mean values of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure and concentrations of fasting serum TXB2, GMP-140, CD62p, platelet aggregation rate and Homocystein (Hcy) were measured in two groups.
