A Comparative Analysis of Clinical and MRI Features of Pontine Infarction

摘要：

OBJECTIVE: This paper aimed to summarize the clinical and MRI features of pontine infarction and to study the mechanism underlying different types of pontine infarctions.METHODS: Forty five pontine infarction patients who underwent cerebral MRI and MRA were included in this study.Their pontine infarction was classified into 5 types according to its location on MRI.The relation of different types of pontine infarction with basilar artery sclerosis or stenosis was analyzed.
