Predictive Factors and Protective Factors after Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with No-reflow
BACKGROUND: According to reports, incidence of no-reflow was higher than 15% when patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) experienced percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).No-reflow can reduce the clinic benefit of PCI greatly.The method of diagnosing those critical patients with no-reflow and early intervention will lower the incidence of no-reflow.
