BACKGROUND: If patients present symptoms of hematoma enlargement, they will have a poor outcome.If we can predict hematoma enlargement, and give more intervention, it might reduce the mortality rate and patients” poor outcome.Professor H.Bart Brouwers presented that CTA spot sign and ”nine points” scoring methods could predict hematoma enlargement.But its clinical application is unclear.
