Association between Lacunar Infarction and Serum Bilirubin Level in Aged Male Patients
BACKGROUND: Lacunar infarction is a common ischemic cerebral small vessel disease in aged people, and it is believed that it is associated with increased risk of dementia, stroke and morbidity,but little is known the exact pathogenesis and the clinical significance of lacunar infarction (LI).This study aimed to investigate the association of LI with serum bilirubin level in male elderly patients.
