Changes of Plasma Interleukin-35, Chtinase-3-like-1 protein, Adiponectin in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome and its Clinical Significance
BACKGROUND: Interleukin (IL)-3 5 is a novel heterodimeric cytokine in the IL-12 family. There are many evidences that demonstrated that IL-35 can efficiently suppress the T cell (such as Th1,Th2) activity and reduce the progression of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases. However, current information about the levels of plasma IL-35 and its potential role in the field of coronary artery disease is still limited. Therefore, in our study, we measured the levels of plasma IL-35, YKL-40 and APN in different clinical presentations and the associations between them in order to determine its independency and predictive power.
