Determination of Pb before and after Cigarettes Smoking

摘要：

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to determine heavy metal lead in three brands of cigarettes through using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), and to explore the change of Pb content before and after cigarettes smoking.METHODS: Method of microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of heavy metal lead in tobacco and soot in three brands of cigarette.
