OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of patient self-management (PSM) program on safety, efficacy, and quality of life about anticoagulation control in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) requiring chronic warfarin therapy compared with clinic standard treatment in China.
