Comparison of Health Services Accessibility between Urban and Rural among the Elderly over 65 Years Old in Chongqing, China

摘要：

BACKGROUND: At present, there is a large gap between elder health service and the actual demand.How to use limited resources to improve the life quality of old people and to provide health care for them becomes a problem.Health services accessibility was associated with the people”s health, especially among the elderly.This study aimed to explore the health service accessibility (Space accessibility, Economic accessibility) among the elderly.
