Study of Preparation Technology of Hypoglycemic Granule of Cyclocarya Paliurus

摘要：

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate preparation technology of glucose-lowering Cyclocarya paliurus paliurus and determination of total flavonoid content.METHODS: Extraction Cyclocarya paliurus of glucose-lowering active ingredient was extracted and wet granule way to make Cyclocarya paliurus glucose-lowering particles was adopted.Preparation of different proportion of the accessories and condensate of proportion was groped, and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in preliminary research.
