Influence of Th17/Treg Imbalance on Heart Remolding of SHR with Hyperhomocysteinemia
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the influence of Th17/Treg imbalance on the heart remolding of spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) with hyperhomocysteinemia.METHODS:: Seven-week-old male SHR were divided into three groups: control group (group C) which were fed with perfect compound feed without methionine, methionine group (group M) which were fed with perfect compound feed added 2% methionine, and treatment group (group T) fed as group M in the first 8 weeks, and then as the fodder of group C, but added with vitamin B6 12 mg·kg-1d-1, vitamin B12 0.09 mg·kg-1·d-1 and folate 4 mg·kg-1·d-1.The weight, blood pressure and echocardiography were checked every four weeks, and the proportion of Thl7 cells and Tregs were analyzed by flow cytometry and related factors in blood were detected by ELISA.
