Application of Different Dosage of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Propofol on Elderly Patients Undergoing Therapeutic ERCP
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to compare the effects of different dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride injection with propofol on elderly patients undergoing therapeutic ERCP.METHODS: Ninety elderly patients (60-75yrs) were scheduled for therapeutic ERCP, and the patients were allocated into three groups (Group O1, 02, 03) according to the dose of oxycodone.There were 30 cases in each group.Each group received 0.05mg/kg, 0.1mg/kg, 0.15mg/kg and propofol 2mg/kg after two minutes.Basic vital signs and BIS value were recorded at the following time points: entering the operating room (TO), after induction (T1), entering the endoscope (T2),taking the stone (T3), exiting endoscope (T4), the patient awake (T5) and the duration of surgery,recovery time, patients cooperation, and adverse effect (including twisted body and respiratory depression).
