MicroRNA-200 Family and Prognostic Value in Various Carcinomas: a Meta-analysis

BACKGROUND: MicroRNAs regulate gene expression and also play a significant role as prognostic biomarkers of various cancers.Recently, some studies have shown that miR-200 families act as novel biomarkers for the prediction of cancer outcomes.This meta-analysis was designed to review current evidence supporitng the associations between miR-200 families and the prognosis of patients with various cancers.
