BACKGROUND: Polymorphisms of CYP2C19 have been associated with low responsiveness to clopidogrel, which is verified to be a risk factor for ischemic cardiac events.However, the contribution of these genotypes to platelet reactivity in asymptomatic patients after percutaneous coronary intervention has not been studied yet.This study aimed to evaluate the contribution of these genotypes to platelet reactivity in asymptomatic elderly patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.
