BACKGROUND: Chemerin is an adipocytokine that regulates insulin resistance and inflammation, linked to congestive heart failure (CHF).The aim of this study was to investigate whether circulating chemerin levels increase in CHF patients and the relationships with clinical biochemical parameters of CHF severity.
