OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships of serum B2M concentration and ambulatory blood pressure parameters with risks of cardiovascular events in Chinese elderly patients with Isolated Systolic Hypertension (ISH) who did not have severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine＞3.0mg/dl).
