OBJECTIVE: Definition of clopidogrel resistance remains controversial.Different platelet tests have been linked with recurrent ischemic events and proposed for daily practice.This study aimed to compare the agreement between three methods to detect platelet function for diagnosing clopidogrel resistance in elderly Chinese patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).
