BACKGROUND: Whether physical inactivity is responsible for all-cause mortality increase in octogenarian patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) remains unclear.In this study, we aimed to investigate association between physical inactivity and long-term all-cause mortality in octogenarian ACS patients.
