BACKGROUND: Poor R-wave progression (PRWP) is a common terminology of electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation, but its value in the diagnosis of anterior myocardial infarction (MI) remains disputed.This study was to evaluate the value of PRWP in the diagnosis of anterior MI.
