Gender Differences of In-hospital and Follow-up Outcomes in Elderly Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
BACKGROUND: This study aimed to evaluate gender differences of the short-term and 1-year outcomes in elderly patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).METHODS: A total of 1,105 elderly patients undergoing PCI were consecutively recruited.Among them, 739 were males, 366 were females.The clinical features, procedure outcomes and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups.
