亚洲及欧洲晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中的腺癌和非腺癌EGFR突变情况研究:IGNITE研究

摘要：

IGNITE(NCT01788163)是一项研究非小细胞肺癌中的腺癌及非腺癌患者EGFR突变频率的国际性多中心研究.经研究，晚期腺癌EGFR突变频率明显高于非腺癌。而在非腺癌组织中检测出的EGFR突变结果支持所有肺癌患者需行EGFR突变检测。
