Objective: To evaluate whether the addition of Gadolinium contrast-enhanced T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (CET1WI) to high resolution T2WI (HRT2WI) can improve the diagnostic performance for detection of extramural venous invasion (EMVI) preoperatively in rectal cancer.
