High Expression of UBD Correlates with Epirubicin Resistance and Indicates the Poor Prognosis in Triple Negative Breast Cancer

摘要：

Background: Triple negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer prone to recurrence and metastasis.Epirubicin-based chemotherapy is of great importance for TNBC, as an important tumor oncogene, the role of UBD in epirubicin resistance and prognostic value for TNBC has not been reported, the study was esigned to identify the epirubicin resistance molecular and clarify the elated biomarker for TNBC prognosis.
